About the Role
We are seeking skilled and reliable Painters & Decorators for an immediate start on high-profile, ongoing commercial/public sector contracts. Because the work takes place in sensitive environments (such as schools, hospitals, or care facilities), we require professionals who already hold specific site clearances.

Key Responsibilities
High-quality internal and external painting and decorating.
Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming.
Working with a variety of paints and finishes to a high standard.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Adhering to strict health and safety site regulations.
Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Card preferred, but valid Green/Gold accepted).
Enhanced DBS Clearance (Must be active and valid; issued within the last 12 months or on the Update Service).
Own full toolkit, whites, and PPE.
Proven experience in commercial or large-scale domestic painting.
Reliable transport to get to and from the site.
Right to work in the UK.
