We are hiring a temporary Complaints Investigator for our leading medical device facility in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is a highly technical, data-driven role focused on investigating returned products-it is not a customer service position.
Rate: £15.29 per hour | Shift: 4 on / 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM)
Core Responsibilities
- Investigate Returns: Conduct detailed investigations on returned medical devices to find the root cause of issues. (This is not a customer service role.)
- Data Analysis: Use advanced computer systems (including MS Excel) to analyse complaint data and identify key trends for proactive prevention.
- Process Improvement: Help enhance procedures and increase efficiency across quality control efforts.
- Global Collaboration: Communicate and share insights with global teams.
- Management Reporting: Flag significant complaint trends for further management investigation.
What You'll Need
- IT Proficiency: Strong skills in using computer packages, particularly Word and Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect information and find root causes.
- Detail Focus: Excellent attention to detail for following procedures and accurate documentation.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
- Qualifications: Secondary education or equivalent (Maths and English).
