Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Use play-based and structured learning strategies to meet individual needs.
- Monitor and record pupil progress through observations and assessments.
- Support children in developing key skills in communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and a love for learning in all pupils.
- Uphold safeguarding practices and ensure pupil welfare at all times.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential.
- Proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and development matters.
- Strong classroom management and nurturing behaviour strategies.
- Ability to inspire young learners through creativity, patience, and empathy.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
