Your Role:
As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the direct line management of the engineering workforce. You will allocate tasks using a CAFM system, monitor team performance to ensure KPIs are met, and provide invaluable technical support and guidance. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who excels at both their trade and mentoring others.
What We Need From You:
A qualified time-served Electrician or Mechanical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Proven experience in a supervisory or mentoring role, backed by relevant certificates.
For Electricians: BS7671 18th Edition is essential; City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A full UK driver's licence.
