Our client is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join their retail leadership team. You will be mainly responsible for contributing to meeting or exceeding store sales and KPI targets by overseeing daily floor operations and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The successful candidate will act as a role model, using their commercial expertise to drive performance and support the development of the store team.
This role requires a proactive leader who can balance operational efficiency with a passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive commercial success and sales targets by monitoring KPIs, prioritising merchandise flow, and using retail expertise to maximise every sales opportunity.
Lead and develop the store team, acting as a role model for leadership behaviours and providing consistent coaching and feedback to improve individual and collective performance.
Ensure flawless store standards and operations, maintaining a safe and organised shopping environment while ensuring compliance with all brand policies and visual merchandising guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management, demonstrating the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to achieve commercial objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff, handle difficult customer situations professionally, and collaborate effectively with senior management.
Highly organised with a focus on results, showing a deep understanding of retail KPIs and a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
