The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and differentiated lessons for students with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to create a holistic and nurturing learning environment. Your focus will be on fostering academic progress, developing social and emotional skills, and promoting independence.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
Possesses a strong understanding of various SEN approaches and strategies.
Is able to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Is highly organised, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
Has a commitment to continuous professional development.
