What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed), or degree plus Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• A Master's degree in Education or a related field is an advantage.
• A valid teaching certification, such as UK QTS.
• Possession of NPQH and /or NPQSL will be an added advantage.
• Previous international school experience.
• Extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership at the Early Years and Primary age range. Middle / Senior Leaders looking for a step-up to Head will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge curriculum particularly at primary level.
• A proven track record of implementing innovative educational practices and driving academic excellence.
• A passion for education and a commitment to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the school.
• A commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and creating a supportive learning environment for all students.
