The Role

The Head of Science will provide strategic leadership across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, while teaching one specialist subject to IGCSE and A Level. The role focuses on curriculum coherence, staff development, and student outcomes.

School Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS)

• Fully qualified teacher with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience

• Ability to teach Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at IGCSE and A Level

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating a Science department

• Strong understanding of UK curriculum and assessment
