Responsibilities
- Advocate for a proactive safety culture by implementing and monitoring all company HSQE policies across every site.
- Guarantee full compliance with current Health & Safety legislation through regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Facilitate staff and contractor development via toolbox talks, coaching sessions, and safety training.
- Oversee the accuracy of all HSQE documentation and records using the internal online EHS system.
- Provide expert guidance to management and site teams on continuous safety improvements and regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Health & Safety or similar
- At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
