Health Care Assistant - Provide support for patients with Psychiatric needs.

As a Health Care Assistants (HCAs) you will have a minimum of 12 months practical experience. Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient health status.
- Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Assisting with patient mobility and transfers.
- Supporting patients with medication management, as directed by Health Care professionals.
- Following care plans and instructions from nursing staff.
- Supporting patients with mental health needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience within a clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience within Mental Health Wards
- Moving and Handling qualification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
