Skills- 1:1 and group support for pupils with complex needs (PMLD, ASC, MSI, sensory impairments)
- Planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
- Behaviour management strategies
- Record-keeping and communication with parents/professionals
- Collaborative teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
Essential:
- Enhanced DBS check (child & adult)
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma
- Experience supporting children with complex needs
Preferred:
- HLTA qualification
- Experience with non-verbal communication
- Moving & handling experience
