Randstad Education is recruiting a dedicated and proactive High Level Teaching Assistant(HLTA) to join a supportive School community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility, lead learning activities, and work closely with teaching staff to drive student progress.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support targeted learning activities under the direction of teaching staff
- Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce understanding
- Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to students and staff
- Help create an organised, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasks
- Participate in school trips and enrichment activities as needed

Requirements
- HLTA status or equivalent, with experience delivering lessons or interventions
- Previous experience in a UK school setting
- Confident in supporting and leading learning across a variety of subjects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience supporting SEN students and adapting approaches to individual needs
- Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently as needed
