Responsibilities

• Lead and support targeted learning activities under the direction of teaching staff
• Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce understanding
• Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to students and staff
• Help create an organised, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasks
• Participate in school trips and enrichment activities as needed
• Follow safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing at all times
  
  

Requirements

• HLTA status or equivalent, with experience delivering lessons or interventions
• Previous experience in a UK school setting
• Confident in supporting and leading learning across a variety of subjects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience supporting SEN students and adapting approaches to individual needs
• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently as needed
