Requirements
- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEMH/complex needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

What Will You Be Doing? - Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers in delivering creative, inclusive lessons
- Leading 1:1 and small group interventions across core subjects and enrichment
- Contributing to EHCP reviews and student progress reports
- Supporting behaviour regulation using trauma-informed approaches
- Helping design and deliver bespoke learning packages
- Promoting emotional well being through positive interactions
- Encouraging and modelling positive social interactions
- Monitoring and recording academic and social progress
- Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding protocols
- Participating in school reviews and meetings
