✅ Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Degree in History or a related subject
• Proven classroom experience teaching History at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
• A genuine passion for teaching and learning
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality History lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable)
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire all learners
• Set clear learning objectives and monitor student progress
• Assess student work regularly, providing constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
