Your Role and Responsibilities

Tracking pupil progress and celebrating their achievements.
Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintaining open communication with parents, teachers, and other support staff.
Participating in professional development to enhance your skills in child development and SEN.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
At least 1 year of experience in an SEN setting, whether professional or personal.
A driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
A strong passion for supporting children with special needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
