Our large Pharmaceuticals client is hiring for a HR Associate to join their team in a hybrid role covering both Business Partnering and Colleague Services. You will be mainly responsible for delivering a broad range of HR activities for the manufacturing site, from implementing people strategy to service delivery. This is a hybrid role, based in Rathdrum in Co. Wicklow, and reporting to the HR Business Partner. This is a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, from working with managers on selection criteria to handling Workday administration and on boarding for new hires.
Oversee HR Operations and Payroll Management, including validating the payroll process for the site via an outsourced provider and ensuring SOX and audit compliance.
Partner with leaders on engagement and talent management, assisting with escalated conflict management, grievance management, and the implementation of cultural programs
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, with a minimum of Senior HR Associate level experience within a manufacturing operation.
Deep knowledge of Ireland labour laws and statutory requirements, alongside familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS (Workday) management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining resilient and adaptable.
The salary for this role will be between €40,000 - €45,000 DOE.
