Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct home-based interviews with prospective foster carers to evaluate skills and suitability
Use the Form F framework to produce comprehensive, evidence-based assessments
Analyse applicants' history, family dynamics, and parenting capacity
Gather and review third-party information, including personal references and statutory checks
Present the final report to the Fostering Panel, providing a professional recommendation
