About the Opportunity
This is a foundational leadership role to establish and lead a brand-new graduate sales program. You'll be instrumental in building this initiative from the ground up, creating the blueprint for how future sales talent is developed within our organization. This role offers the unique chance to shape culture, processes, and standards, leaving a lasting legacy on our talent development strategy.
Main Purpose
Pioneer the future of sales development by leading our inaugural graduate program. You will guide, coach, and inspire a team of up to 4 Sales Executives, initially through their critical first steps in professional sales, while establishing a robust framework for sustainable talent development. Your mission is to create a high-performing team culture that consistently exceeds targets and sets a new standard for graduate sales programs in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Shape the Program:
Lead the creation of the graduate academy program from inception.
Establish best-practice frameworks, processes, and standards.
Design the team culture and collaborate with senior leadership to integrate the initiative strategically.
Develop innovative training methodologies, coaching frameworks, and scalable measurement systems.
Coach & Drive Performance:
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring, including regular one-to-one sessions, to accelerate team development.
Guide team members through complex sales situations and create personalized growth plans.
Set clear expectations, monitor progress, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and revenue generation.
Develop Future Leaders & Nurture Growth:
Design and deliver training programs that build core sales competencies and prepare team members for career advancement.
Create development opportunities, including succession planning.
Recognize achievements, provide constructive feedback, and foster a safe environment for learning and growth.
