Job Purpose
To provide exceptional service to external customers (leaseholders, managing agents, clients) and internal customers (employees and partners) by coordinating the integration process. The role ensures smooth transitions when properties are integrated into the portfolio, focusing on communication and information management.
Primary Responsibilities
The Integration Coordinator will work under the direction of the Head of Integrations and assist in managing the integration process, ensuring all relevant teams and departments fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

... - Site Upload Requests: Acknowledge and manage site upload requests, ensuring prompt communication with all relevant departments.
- Information Gathering: Reach out to partners and previous agents for handover information, ensuring all necessary details are compiled for property integration.
- Email Management: Monitor and respond to queries in the Integration mailbox, providing excellent customer service and escalating issues as necessary.
- Tenant Upload Grids: Complete tenant upload grids accurately and efficiently.
- Completions: Identify completions and update Business Development Managers (BDMs) and partners on the progress of property loads.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, previous agents, and partners, highlighting to the integrators when properties have all the information needed for loading.
- File Review: Review initial files and chase for outstanding information to ensure completeness.
- Data Entry: Loading of the development information onto PMS & Dwellant Property, client, budget, residents data, charge dates and budgets.
