Skills- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of child protection procedures and legislation
- Ability to build rapport and trust with children and families
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with vulnerable children (desirable)
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess:
- Relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work)
- Experience working within a children's social care setting (desirable)
- A valid enhanced DBS check
- Eligibility to work in the UK
