Requirements
... - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and AQA GCSE specifications.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Assessment: Regularly mark work and provide constructive feedback to drive student progress.
- Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in line with school policies.
- Technical Integration: Stay updated on software and hardware trends to keep lesson content relevant.
- Data Tracking: Monitor student achievement data to identify and support underperforming individuals.
- Extracurricular Support: Lead or contribute to lunchtime/after-school coding or gaming clubs.
- Parental Engagement: Attend parents' evenings and provide reports on student development.
- Departmental Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share resources and best practices.
