Strategic Transformation Partner - HR Systems
Role Overview
The Transformation Partner is a strategic, upfront role focused on defining the future-state vision and ensuring operational readiness for new processes within a Digital Marketplace program. This role involves implementing technology, working with key stakeholders to define the transformation journey, and mapping the overarching vision alongside a people-change-focused lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Future-State Vision: Focus on the upfront work of mapping out the overarching vision for the program's future state.
- Current-to-Future State Design: Work with stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points, and translate the current state into future state designs.
- Process Mapping: Map out the 'To-Be' (2B) processes and document the high-level requirements.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure that the new processes and technology are ready for operational implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in implementing technology in a transformation context.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to document current processes, identify pain points, and define future-state requirements.
- A strategic mindset focused on the overarching transformation vision and operational design.
- Experience in the recruitment, HR, or staffing industry is ideal, though similar program experience in other industries is acceptable.
This role can be worked mostly remotely with occasional workshops and meetings in Manchester. So proximity to this location is preferred
