BASIS Bilingual Kindergartens - Nanshan and Futian

BASIS has two bilingual Kindergartens based in Nanshan and Futian, in Shenzhen. The schools focus on bilingual early learning, while adhering to a joyful learning culture and ensuring every student receives a solid foundation to carry them into future BASIS education.

Requirements

• Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
• Previous experience within an EAL setting
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in teaching ideas, texts, and concepts with precision and confidence.
• Open to new ideas in teaching.
• Knowledgeable, passionate, and believe in transforming education.
• Able to motivate students to reach their highest potential, while also elevating own skills through peer collaboration and a culture where learning is of the greatest importance.
• Flexibility is important as well as strong relationship building skills and an ability to build a strong school community.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary from approx. $55-65k USD per annum (360 - 420k RMB), more for leadership roles
• Start and end of employment travel provided
