Roles & Responsibilities
Creating a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.
Implementing positive strategies to support pupils with complex needs.
Delivering core subjects with energy and clarity.
Participating in school-wide well-being initiatives.
Working closely with the SENCo to support individual plans.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience in inner-city school environments is highly desirable.
A high level of professional resilience and empathy.
