Roles & Responsibilities
Delivering high-impact Literacy and Numeracy interventions.
Managing the transition between year groups effectively.
Ensuring the marking policy is applied consistently.
Supporting the emotional well-being of pupils.
Participating in outdoor learning and "Forest School" activities.
Requirements
QTS is mandatory.
Previous experience in an Academy or Trust setting is an advantage.
Passion for professional development.
