We are currently partnering with a welcoming network of primary schools and academies in Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas. We are experiencing high demand for engaging QTS primary specialists to teach across Years 3, 4, 5, and 6.

- Long-Term Opportunities: For those seeking routine and the chance to build strong, supportive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents, we offer fixed-term placements spanning a term or a full academic year. These roles allow you to embed yourself fully within a school community, lead a class team, and drive student progress over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6) that inspire curiosity, foster independence, and raise standards in literacy, numeracy, and core curriculum subjects.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment using effective behaviour management strategies in line with individual school policies.
- Differentiate learning resources and activities to support pupils with diverse learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or high prior attainment.
- Leave clear, constructive handover notes for regular class teachers when fulfilling day-to-day cover assignments.
- For long-term roles: take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, tracking pupil progress against National Curriculum targets, attending department meetings, and participating in parents' evenings as required.
