Roles & Responsibilities
Planning cross-curricular units that link learning to real-world contexts.
Using digital tools effectively to enhance pupil engagement.
Setting high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.
Conducting termly parent-teacher consultations.
Monitoring pupil attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
QTS and a valid Enhanced DBS.
A track record of raising attainment in Literacy and Numeracy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
