About the Role
As a labourer on our site, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various trades and ensuring the smooth running of the construction process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Moving materials and equipment safely and efficiently around the site.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with their daily tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, clearing debris, and organizing designated areas.
- Supporting general site setup and logistical needs.
- Strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations at all times.
- Carrying out other general site duties as directed by site management.
Requirements
We need someone who is:
- Experienced in general labouring, ideally within a construction or housing site environment.
- Holds a valid CSCS card.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Is physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
