These will be outlined in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) or other regulatory documents and could take place within the UK or ; The Emergency Response Co-Ordinator will support both and Jet2holidays in matters relating to emergency response, providing appropriate support on ERP matters across the business.This will include working closely with different teams from around the business with specific roles within the Emergency Response Team You will assist with the co-ordination and delivery of internal Emergency exercises, as well as deliver ERP training to various internal teams both in the UK and overseas.You will also assist with the maintenance of the company’s ERP documentation, as well as being responsible for ensuring our ERP facilities and equipment are always ‘mission ready’.The role will also deputise for the ERP Manager when required which may include attending both internal and external meetings to represent the Emergency Response Team.About you:You will have previous knowledge and experience of working in a busy operational and administrative environment. Experience of working in an Emergency Response or Crisis Management Role, or previous practical experience in responding to a crisis or significant Emergency would also be desirable. You will have strong IT skills including a good level of competency with MS Office and be highly organised with the ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills. You will be analytical, forward thinking and have an innovative approach to problem solving. The Emergency Response Co-ordinator will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with colleagues at all levels across the business. You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude, supporting the Emergency Response Planning function on a daily basis.
