Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer - Building Maintenance

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical building services systems
Take the lead in identifying and resolving electrical faults and breakdowns across client sites
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with current regulations, health & safety guidelines, and company procedures
Support and oversee junior engineers and subcontractors on-site, ensuring high standards of work and professionalism
Manage and update documentation including service records, permits, and compliance logs
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance as required
Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure works are completed efficiently and to satisfaction
Assist with small works and project installations when needed
Maintain awareness of changes to electrical standards and building regulations
About You
Essential:
Electrical background (Level 3 or equivalent)
Proven experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including distribution boards, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and control panels
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
