This is a static, site-based role where you'll lead a small team of engineers and oversee the delivery of mechanical maintenance, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and system checks. You'll ensure building services operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance tasks across the site
Perform PPM and reactive works on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and pipework
Support with fault-finding, repairs, and installations
Liaise with site management, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and statutory regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems
Previous experience in a lead or senior maintenance role (preferred)
Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
