Role overview:
As a Learning Mentor, you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact in the lives of children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with children to help them develop academically, emotionally, and personally.
- Support students in overcoming obstacles, celebrating their progress every step of the way.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to provide a holistic support environment for each child.
- Monitor the student's progress and communicate the same with teachers, parents and the supporting staff
Desired Qualities & skills:
- Enhanced child DBS on the updated service is mandatory.
- Experience handling special needs children
- Genuine interest in the child development and progression
- Professional references to validate teaching experience
