We're seeking an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils manage their emotions, engage with learning, and grow in confidence.

Your responsibilities:
Support students with academic, emotional and behavioural needs
Build trusting relationships to boost students' engagement and self-esteem
Liaise with class teachers, therapists and supporting staff
Help design personalised strategies and interventions
Keep detailed records and communicate progress effectively
What we need from you:
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
A calm, patient, and positive approach
Two references that confirm your experience in an educational setting
