We are seeking dedicated Learning Mentors to join our supportive team across Cornwall, Plymouth, and Devon. You will be part of an alternative provision academy committed to offering a highly supported, personalised learning environment for students aged 5 to 16.
The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital and crucial role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one academic and pastoral support to pupils.
Helping students develop behavioural coping strategies and essential life skills.
Working to raise their aspirations for the future.
Playing a key role in supporting family involvement to create a stable learning environment.
This is a rewarding full-time, term-time position where you can truly impact a young person's life prospects.

Experienced in working with young people.
Resilient and an excellent communicator.
Driven by a strong desire to help and mentor.
Qualified to GCSE Level (English & Maths).
