An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN setting in Lingfield.

You will support learners with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, ensuring they can fully engage in both academic and vocational programmes.

Duties include:

Delivering tailored support aligned with EHCP outcomes
Supporting classroom engagement and participation
Promoting independence and life skills development
Maintaining accurate progress records

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous SEN support experience
A calm, adaptable and solution-focused mindset
The ability to build positive, professional relationships
