We work closely with schools to understand their specific needs, ensuring the right match between teachers, teaching assistants, and schools.

Pay Rate: £88-90 per day

About the School:
Located in a specialist, redeveloped facility, this co-educational provision offers a neuro-affirming environment for up to 60 children and young people. The school is specifically designed to support those who have found mainstream education a barrier to their progress, offering a calm, nurturing space that utilises the nearby Dartmoor and coastal landscapes for outdoor learning.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with students with a range of SEN needs, providing individualised support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where students can thrive.
- Witness firsthand the impact you make on the lives of our students.
