What You Will Do
SEN Support: Provide dedicated support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
Impact Learning: Provide targeted one-on-one and small group academic support across diverse subjects.
Master the Classroom: Work closely with experienced teachers on lesson delivery and develop essential classroom management skills.
Lead the Atmosphere: Proactively help shape a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
Essentials for Success
You Must Have: A genuine drive to pursue a career in education, with a strong commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
Availability: Must be ready to start immediately and commit to fworking 5 days a week
Mindset: A positive, resilient, and patient attitude is key.
Compliance: Successful candidates must complete an Enhanced DBS check (full support provided by Randstad Education).
Your Financial and Career Rewards
Starting Pay: £90 per day
Increased Pay: £103 per day after 12 weeks (as per AWR)
