Pay: £13.68 - £14.00 (Hourly)

Role Overview:
- Work alongside teachers to support students individually or in small groups.
- Assist in adapting learning materials to suit diverse needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and report to teaching staff.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience supporting children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Ability to remain patient and flexible in a dynamic classroom environment.
- Knowledge of different learning needs and strategies to support them.
