The nursery encourages outdoor learning in all weather conditions with a large outdoor play area, which children access daily. This supply position is perfect for someone looking to bring their expertise to a well-regarded setting while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and interactive activities for children in the toddler room
- Communicate with parents and carers regarding children's progress
- Create exciting and educational activities that support children's learning and development
- Teach basic life skills such as hygiene and good manners
- Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and training events as required
To be considered, you must have:
- Early Years Qualification (Level 3)
- Relevant childcare experience (must be able to provide two professional references)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
