The Role
Are you looking for a consistent, long-term placement in a local primary or secondary school? We are currently seeking Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants for full-time roles.
These positions offer the chance to settle into a single school environment for the duration of the term, providing essential support to both teachers and pupils during the busy summer period.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support: Working closely with class teachers to manage classroom environments and support lesson delivery.
Targeted Interventions: Leading small group sessions or 1:1 support to boost student progress.
Student Well-being: Encouraging a positive learning attitude and supporting the social and emotional development of pupils.
Curriculum Assistance: Adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified: Must hold a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (or equivalent).
Available: Reliable and ready to work Monday - Friday (school hours).
Experienced: Previous experience supporting the UK National Curriculum is highly desirable.
Adaptable: A proactive professional who can hit the ground running in a new school setting.
