Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on complex cases within the Airedale locality.

Conduct thorough and timely assessments, developing and implementing effective support plans for vulnerable adults.
Mentor and supervise junior social workers, promoting best practice and professional development.
Lead on complex cases, often involving multiple agencies and challenging circumstances.
Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making within the team.
Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
Registered with Social Care England.
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Significant experience in adult social care is essential; proven experience in an advanced practice role is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to adult social care.
Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with vulnerable adults and their families.
Commitment to person-centered practice and ethical standards.
