Our retail client is looking for a Logistics & Distribution Manager based in Dublin or Galway to oversee store operations. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and distribution teams while fostering career growth through structured development plans.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics and freight partnerships to optimise product flow and transport efficiency.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational simplicity while maintaining rigorous stock accuracy.
- Optimise warehouse layouts and workflows to maximise productivity and site maintenance standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and RSA regulations while monitoring KPIs to drive service excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems.
