Working Pattern: On-site, 8-4 Monday to Friday (Minimum 4 days per week)

Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
Reporting to the Warehouse and Sterilisation Leader, you will be the driving force behind internal material flow and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role within a medical device manufacturing environment where precision and quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Material Flow: Oversee the movement of materials to ensure pinpoint accuracy and just-in-time delivery to production lines.
Lean Leadership: Implement and manage systems to streamline handling and eliminate waste.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen initiatives and use data analytics to identify trends, reduce costs, and sharpen operational performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure logistics are perfectly aligned with broader business goals.
Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, training and mentoring team members on logistics best practices.
You are a logical thinker with a "boots-on-the-ground" approach to problem-solving. You thrive in environments that value collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in internal logistics within a manufacturing environment (Medical Device experience is a significant plus).
Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and hands-on experience implementing Mizusumashi systems.
Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management software, and advanced data analytics.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
