Randstad is currently partnering with a successful international marketing business based in Central Dublin. This dynamic, expanding company is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated Logistics Administrator to join their team. You will be mainly responsible for supporting the smooth running of a busy department on a temporary 6 month contract basis. You will be based in Central Dublin.
The daily rate is €130 - €140 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for raising and following up on claims for the EMEA region with various carriers until final resolution.
Perform ad-hoc data consolidation and analysis to support departmental needs.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on claims KPIs
Providing constructive feedback to the Logistics and Experience team regarding potential process improvements.
Execute administrative and operational tasks related to the claims process, ensuring all tasks are thoroughly documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
Basic experience in the logistics industry.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3-5 years experience working within e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or a related administrative function (Preferred).
Basic e-commerce logistics experience is a plus.
