Your Responsibilities
Full Classroom Ownership: Lead the charge on planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons.
Adaptive Teaching: Tailor your approach to meet diverse student needs, problem-solving on the spot if preset work isn't available.
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with classroom Teaching Assistants to optimize student support.
Constructive Feedback: Provide clear, timely marking and feedback to keep pupils moving forward.
Positive Culture: Maintain robust behavior management to foster an inviting, productive learning space.
What You'll Need
Teaching Credentials: A relevant degree along with formal teaching qualifications (PGCE/UK QTS is highly desirable; ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply).
Primary Experience: Proven history managing and teaching a primary classroom.
Compliance: A valid, clear Enhanced DBS check (we can guide you through the application process if you don't have one).
Drive: A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to student development.
