What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience working with looked after children, fostering, and adoption.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance related to looked after children.
Proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, develop child-centred care plans, and support children through significant life transitions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, carers, and a range of professionals.
