About our Client
Our clients home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities, the facility is home to around 66 people some of which have dementia or physical difficulties. Our client takes pride in ensuring that all of its residents feel right at home and as comfortable as possible, all bedrooms are spacious, boasting their own en-suite with wet room and each room is furnished to a high standard.
All residents and their families are invited to personalise and decorate the room to their liking just to add that extra home feeling for the residents. Our client also takes pride in ensuring that there is a real sense of community for both staff and residents.
The Home
The Centre has been designed around a Community Hub. The home has the luxury of a café, garden room, shop, cinema, activity room, a multi activities room, library with WI-FI and internet access, and a sensory room. Residents can also enjoy the use of the on-site hair & beauty salon, where not only can they get their hair styled but also make use of the pedicure and reflexology services available.
The registered manager describes the site as a Retirement Hotel detailing that they have a Front of House reception, cinema, Cafe, large open living areas, and on-site chefs. There are 3 floors in total:
Floor 1 & 2 - consist of residents varying with different needs across both floors
Floor 3 - home to on site cinema & a the kitchen with in house chefs
The Role
Our client is looking for a hard-working, committed and professional person to join our growing team as a Care Assistant at our state-of-the art residential facility in Louth. You will be responsible for supporting our residents through their daily lives by assistant with a number of different activities that can vary from person to person, depending on the individual needs of the resident you are supporting at the time, full training will be provided for you, so even if you are new to the care sector we will give you the confidence to start your career in care and give you the tools needed to rise through the ranks and continue to grow with our funded qualifications and in house progression.

Pay and Hours
- Rate of pay: £11.00 per hour
- Contracted hours: 24 - 44 hours per week (Days & Nights)
- Shifts Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend).
Preferred (but not needed)
- 1 year experience
- Drivers license & own vehicle (due to location of the home, but there is also a bus from grimsby every hour between 8am-8pm if you use public transport)
