Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a high-salary role with a stable, Monday-to-Friday schedule? We are looking for a dedicated Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our production facility in Attleborough. The RoleYou will be responsible for keeping our high-speed processing and packing lines running at peak efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve:
Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly responding to breakdowns on conveyors, evisceration machinery, tray sealers, and flow wrappers.
PPMs: Delivering planned preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules to a high standard.
Technical Projects: Carrying out electrical installations, small modifications, and PLC fault-finding.
Compliance: Operating strictly within HSE protocols, including Permit to Work and Lock-off procedures.
To be successful, you must be a self-motivated engineer with a "can-do" attitude. Our requirements include:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline is essential.
Certifications: City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and a completed Apprenticeship.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading schematic drawings, general workshop skills, and welding (MIG/TIG/ARC).
Mindset: The ability to cope under pressure during peak workloads and act with urgency on critical decisions.
