Role Overview:
As a Static Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services at a static facility in Birmingham. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of plumbing systems on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues and leaks.
- Install and maintain fixtures, faucets, and pipes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet facility maintenance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber in a similar role.
- Plumbing qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence
