Key Responsibilities:
- Business Financial Reviews - Work closely with clients to provide tailored financial insights, analysing both financial and non-financial data to support their future decision-making.
- Budgets & Forecasts - Prepare, monitor, and interpret budgets and forecasts to guide clients' strategic planning.
- Management Accounts - Support clients with preparation of regular management reports, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
- Benchmarking - Analysing multiple entities financial performance and establishing achievable goals for each business.
- Collaborate - Work alongside our Head of SME and support the wider team to deliver exemplary service to our clients.
You will be:
- A CGMA/CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Public Practice/Finance environment.
- An analytical mindset and aptitude to learn and develop your management accounting skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development, particularly in management accounting practices
